Partners in Prevention Breakfast
The Falls at Trolley Square - April 26, 2017 8 - 9AM
Child advocates play an important role in our society. They provide assistance and social services that improve the psychological, academic and social functioning of children. Their goal is to maximize the well-being of the most vulnerable members of society - our children. These caring individuals are not afraid to speak out and act in the best interest of a child. They contribute to the health, happiness and success of the next generation through their tireless efforts - efforts that often go unacknowledged and unrewarded.
Every spring Prevent Child Abuse Utah honors exceptional child advocates from across Utah for the important work they do. We accept nominations statewide for individuals working or volunteering in all areas of the child welfare community. Finalists are awarded the Anne Freimuth Child Advocate of the Year award at the breakfast.
