About the Course

So, you’re a Utah educator or coach and need to take the Child Sexual Abuse Prevention Training as mandated by law. Look no further! Our online training fulfills this requirement. The course takes 45 minutes to an hour to complete. Once you’ve completed the training, you’ll receive a certificate of completion that you can send to your administrator. Click here to take the course.

We recently got a new website, so if you’ve taken the course before, it might look different than what you’re used to. Typically you can complete the course with no problems, but we thought we’d cover some Frequently Asked Questions to help you get your certificate on time.

FAQs

Q: WHY DOES THE COURSE KEEP CRASHING?

A: Check which browser you are using. Safari and Duck Duck Go do not work with our course. Use Chrome as your browser and try again!

Q: WHY ISN’T MY ACCOUNT WORKING?

A: We recently got a new website! Because of this, you will need to create a new account for the course.

Q: WHY ISN’T MY CERTIFICATE CORRECT?

A: Sometimes certificates come through with an incorrect date or missing name. It might be because the course is pulling an old certificate for you. If this has happened to you, email esparks@pcautah.org to get an updated certificate.
