SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (Good Things Utah) – April is Child Abuse Prevention Month. You can be part of the effort to keep kids safe and strengthen families by supporting organizations like Prevent Child Abuse Utah and its prevention education efforts.

This month is dedicated to raising awareness and preventing child abuse and neglect. Prevent Child Abuse Utah believes in creating a world where all children grow up happy, healthy, and prepared to succeed. Pinwheels for Prevention provide a unique opportunity for families, businesses and organizations to take action. The pinwheel represents the community’s dedication to prioritize prevention right from the start to make sure child abuse and neglect don’t occur.
